21c shoes: VJ Supra, sz 11
JK relay. In the JK Trophy with Ross and Briony. 6.6 km. It felt like more running in the woods than Saturday. Blazing fast. Wasn't aware of head-to-head with anyone, though passed a few. A couple of small misses but not too bad, and managed to squeeze out slightly quicker min/km than Sat.
