Note

Not a great week for exercise. Some family drama that kept me awake Wednesday night venting to myself until about 5am, couldn't get myself to do anything Thursday since I was so tired and then had some suspected skin cancer removed this morning and I'm not supposed to get the area wet so didn't want to get all sweaty today. It's been a beautiful week weather wise and I let it all go to waste. Trying not to beat myself up about it.

The good news is Greg has gotten verbal permission to use a Scranton park for a sprint so it looks like we have a decent set of venues to make a bid for the 2024 US Nationals for October 2024.
