Road Bike 1:45:00 [3] 44.17 km (2:23 / km) +150m 2:20 / km

In Grantown again. Opted for a shorter ride on back road to Nethy then Boat and on to Street of Kincardine before heading for a loop of Abernethy forest. Unfortunately I missed the turn and almost got to Coylumbridge. Then when I found it the road sign said "not suitable for road vehicles". After 2k I agreed and backed out. Finally found a loop up past the Osprey Centre and back to Nethy where it started raining and I was already riding into a north easterly (about 7 degrees C). Glad to get home. Glad of the multi-pack Lion bar acquisition I picked up today ;-)
Chinese for tea - yum!

Road Bike 1:34:22 [3] 43.9 km (2:09 / km) +338m 2:04 / km

A ride out from Grantown after work, buoyed by the European Champs results. North towards Dava round Lochindorb to Carrbridge and back. Into a very chilly north westerly, working hard.

Painted the shed, helped Hannah to ride. The shed took a lot longer!
