Note

Don't know about logging this as training, but Sat-Sun-Mon motorbike trip with Alex. I know it's not a mountain bike, but YOU try wrestling 400 pounds of bike, fuel and gear all over the wilderness! Road fire roads and horse trails from Cashmere over Chumstick Mtn, over to Sugerloaf Peak, down to Leavenworth. Awesome, but lots of muscle work.

Long moderate pace run along seaview waterfront. threw in 3x hill repeats at the end just because I was finally starting to feel strong!

Parked myself at the bottom of the sunset hill 3x switchback at the railroad trestle and ran up and down it 8 or 9 times. Hustled, but never hammered. Damn. My legs were actually sore as I left the house after yesterday's "run". This is going to be a rough few weeks.
