Jogging at Cabrillo Beach. I felt good so I pushed it a little. I went out onto the beach under the cliffs where it was rocky to get some practice on something less than flat, then I came back along the water line running in the sand.

Swimming at the Girl Scout Encampment at Cabrillo. I tried to do a continuous 1000 yard workout, but ended up stopping to help a girl with her advancement requirements. Total yardage probably around 800. Mostly crawl stroke, with some sidestroke and back mixed in.

Jogging my usual loop at Griffith park. Started at Travel Town parking lot and went counter-clockwise. Felt pretty good by the end.

Jogging to Valley College Track and stretching plus walking home.

Running (1 1/2 mile test) 13:10 [5] 1.5 mi (8:47 / mi)

1.5 miles at the Valley College Track for time. I just accidentally deleted the time from my watch, but I'm pretty sure this was it. My splits ranged from 2:06 for the first to 2:16 for the slowest for 2:09 for the last. It was a really hot morning (August hot), so that affected my performance.
