Did a nice longish run on the river trail in Durango.

Intervals 51:45 intensity: (8:45 @1) + (32:00 @3) + (7:20 @4) + (3:40 @5) 5.34 km (9:41 / km)

Did a run in Flagstaff while on a road trip. 30-20-10 intervals. I did four sets of five minutes each, but extended the last set to seven minutes until I reached the corner.

Belmont Shores Urban Discovery. Took Winkie on a little jaunt through Long Beach. What a nice dog friendly area. Many of the businesses had a dog bowl out. Harvey manned the start/finish while I was on the course, but I went short so I could be back to talk to finishers. The pace was leisurely - a combination of slow running and walking.
