9.10 am: Sunny, 28 degF, with wind chill 16 degF. Definitely a cold head wind heading out along the river. Had to stop at Lloyd Hall on way back for sauerkraut bio break.

6.05am: 34 degF. Run along the river. Started in dark and by end was getting light. Got to train crossing just as gates closed. Ran on a bit then still had to wait for train to pass, over 200 wagons!
