Sheffield Hallam parkrun, 2nd place.

Paul, Carl and myself were out at the front straight from the start. Carl picked the pace up between the two ponds on the first climb and we both went with him. As we turned the corner at the top, he pushed on again and got a small gap. I chased on and got ahead of Paul, but couldn't close up to Carl. The gap stayed pretty constant on the second climb, and I was closing towards the end but couldn't quite catch up. I was working hard, HR pretty high.
