Orienteering 30:00 [3] 4.0 mi (7:30 / mi)

Sprint-O bits and pieces at Bughtlins. Still losing track of which leg I'm on when looking ahead. Just like the actual race here, was clean for 10 mins hard, then navigated to 12 from 10. Not sure whether I need more or less maps looks. Generally I'm quite good at picking a viable route at a single glance, so if planning ahead is causing big mistakes, maybe I shouldn't be doing it. Or maybe should practice it more.

Running warm up/down 30:00 [2] 3.0 mi (10:00 / mi)

Orienteering 3:30:00 [1] 10.0 mi (21:00 / mi)

Binning. Lots of thinning, and rhodo removal in progress with a very unBritish extraction of the debris. This will be very nice in a year. Maybe in two months.
