shoes: ASIC nimbus

This was a sprint based session. After warm ups, we did 24 x 100m sprints with increasing numbers of squats after each sprint. Later we had 50m sprint with reducing times for resting at the end of each sprint. It was really hard, but enjoyable. So glad I went!
