niggle under my knee (different place to where IT band was sore last time). Was fine running, only noticed it when it felt a bit numb half way through after the first hill but nothing after that. Was sore to touch yesterday and now so think i must’ve hurt it a tad in PE.

WCOC Night-O @ Latrigg
Not feeling very up for this but felt decent when i was out. Didn’t warm up so first hills were a drag but good after that. Only a few hesitations on a couple and a little bit off to left on 10 but saw the hill so it was fine. Tired from yesterday so was rather slow.

LOC Night-O @ Bethecar. Really enjoyed this!
Slow and hesitant to 1 but just getting used to map and then orienteered pretty well through the longer legs - really happy with my nav here. Only a small miss at 6 but relocated quickly enough. Then had a good plan to 7 but didn't execute it v well in the final technical part and messed up a fair bit. Kept relocating and resetting my compass but just kept going off again. A bit scrappy from here on racing my dad but good fun.

Felt dreadful on the tempo, not v good pace at all but eventually loosened up during the 1s. Solo with a few efforts with dad on the 30s.
