don’t recommend running on the energy of a mountain dew & a digestive biscuit - starvin’. also managed to get absolutely soaked, nice run out tho!

stretching & rolling 10:00 [0]

niggle under my knee (different place to where IT band was sore last time). Was fine running, only noticed it when it felt a bit numb half way through after the first hill but nothing after that. Was sore to touch yesterday and now so think i must’ve hurt it a tad in PE.
