The plan was to do 3x14mins sprint courses. I finished one. On the easiest part of Jordan's map. Just felt shite after yesterday. Not sick but flat. Hopefully back at it tomorrow.

Took Kendal to the gym for an hour. That's what she wanted to do on her day off school. Pottered around while she tried the different machines and treadmill. Definitely an hour too long spent in the gym. I hate those places. Spent most of the time on hamstrings which do need the attention.
Think I'm starting to come down with something. Throat not the best.

Steady around West U. A tad cooler. Every run at the moment I seem to feel decent and fade rapidly at the end. And I'm not pushing it. First 4 miles 6:55. Last 2 7:08 & 7:18. Same yesterday. Trying to avoid going into zone 4.

Orienteering on Jordan's map. Supposed to be easy but turned into a steady slog after 5k. Felt great for the first 5 though. Need to go at speed on Rice campus soon. Starting to get very muggy again.
