Procrastinated all day. Finally got the motivation to go out after looking at the 45L JK results. After the weekend they've all had I thought I'd better knuckle down and go out. Easy around West U. Felt ok until the exact moment I finished. Now I feel like a virus is coming on. Headache and neck pain. We'll see what tomorrow brings.

Harriers run. Easy with Jordan. Felt surprisingly canny this morning. Temperature helped mind.

Threshold run on the treadmill. This was a struggle. Broke the last 10mins in to 3x2mins.
So total was 10mins + 8x2mins with 90secs recovery. Very tired. This was supposed to be the second of the double yesterday. Then I thought I'd do a double today. But with running with Jordan tomorrow I'd better sack that idea off.

LSD. Kirby, Braes Bayou, 610, Newcastle, Rice and Home. Felt decent this morning. Much cooler than last weeks long run.

Late morning at Momentum before my run. Came off a problem and tweaked the bloody knee again.

20 mins threshold (7min/mile) around Buffalo Bayou. Felt slow and heavy post bouldering. Nice to be on some undulation. Some time in May I'll need more hills before Fell season starts.
