Woke up at 1am with a migraine. Throwing up until about 4am, then managed to get back to sleep. The stress of the last few weeks seems to be catching up with me but at least it's been over a year since my last migraine

Urban final at Ngodwana
Good fun. Lots of short legs which I enjoyed.
Had a bad start losing 30 seconds to #1 - silly hesitation. Pretty solid after that although my legs felt shocking. Struggled to see the gap in the fence to #16 (the circle was over the gap) so hesitation going in and bad route choice going out. Christie had almost caught me by #18 but put in a solid effort to keep ahead. Good run by her! 3rd place for me in the end.
