That was insane. Was a partner workout. Was paired with Blake. Mostly split it half-half although he definitely did more push ups and burpees than me - thank goodness.
1. Dead lift hold / KB lift - 100
2. Plank / push ups - 100
3. Squat hold / Jumping squats with KB - 100
4. Hang / ? - 100
5. Sit up hold / sit-ups - 100
6. KB swings - 50
7. Wall ball - 50
8. Burpees - 50
Morning sessions now available Mon- Thursday. Must try and get to some :)
