Cold morning. Nice O' crowd out

Planned O training at GH.
Window O and then control picking loops from a central point. Flippen cold!
Alex helped a lot by putting out all the controls.

That was insane. Was a partner workout. Was paired with Blake. Mostly split it half-half although he definitely did more push ups and burpees than me - thank goodness.

1. Dead lift hold / KB lift - 100

3. Squat hold / Jumping squats with KB - 100

5. Sit up hold / sit-ups - 100
6. KB swings - 50

Morning sessions now available Mon- Thursday. Must try and get to some :)

EHS morning run. The kids want an extra training session (we only have one a week at the moment) and since my afternoons are pretty full already we're going to try Thursday morning's at 6:30. Had 4 kids.
Really enjoyed it :-)

EHS cross country training. Some really slow girls today so I was running loops around them at the back. Good turnout.
