Knew that my legs wouldn't move fast enough to make the grade this morning, they were seriously wobbly after last night's Cross Fit. But did the session (200, 400, 400, 200) with some hills and some downhills on the way to work in the pouring rain anyway. My legs were indeed tired, but it felt good to do it. Running in the rain is much more fun than walking, as I had to do to sort my cells at TAC, then meet a student, then finally meet Rob at Bentara.
