Lunchtime run round Black Mtn by self. need to start getting back into a few longer runs after 6 weeks of no long runs due to bike training. felt heavy & slow on this one. also its starting to get warm!

ride to-and-from work. Bike path seemed very smooth compared to 24hr tracks!

My 1st lap of Mont 24hr. Pretty intense. lots of single track and lots of people.

Night lap at 24hr. Started at 10.45pm. So much dust that at times unsure where track was as dust floated through lights.
