start back up longish runs. wanted to do 90mins but relatives-schedule meant had to stop at 930. felt a bit heavy but not tired from 24hr anymore.

Tour de Pete. Forgot HR monitor. Warm morning, ride a bit pacy and coffee good always. Maggie was waiting early for TQ and went hard. Took a swoop at ANdy before returning to his favorite TQ. That magpie must look fwd to Fridays...

Lunchtime run round Black Mtn by self. need to start getting back into a few longer runs after 6 weeks of no long runs due to bike training. felt heavy & slow on this one. also its starting to get warm!

ride to-and-from work. Bike path seemed very smooth compared to 24hr tracks!
