Did one of the swim fit cards that are on the wall beside the pool, but it was too short so I extended it. Was just in time for school... only just

Running 1:00:00 [4]
shoes: Puma TFX

Today we were supposed to be doing 8 lots of one 300m then one 200m, this didn't happen in the end; we shortened it to just the 300s, then made it even easier by doing them as paced 300s. So the first 100ms was jogged, then the second 100m was hard, and the last 100m was flat out.I felt really fast considering that I've done three days of long runs and a swim in the morning, so now I think I'll have a days rest tomorrow. give my legs a chance to recover!

Running (With Lewis and Dan) 59:00 [3] 9.54 km (6:11 / km) +342m 5:15 / km
shoes: Salomon s-lab Sense 3

Walked from school to Dans house where we got changed, then Lewis picked us up and we went up to Whinlatter for a run. We were just jogging and talking most the way round (Not up the hills!) so it was quite a steady run. It was nice to be running with people for a change since most of my runs are by myself so I think that helped the run to feel a lot shorter than what it actually was. We went up two wainwrights and ran up both of them which was good since last time I went up them I didn't run all the way up both of them. That'll be the last run with Lewis before Christmas since he is going back to Uni but hopefully I'll get out running with Dan sometime.
