Walked along the beautiful Adelong Falls today, it was very hot though, ran up and down all the stairs there making up for all the exercise I haven't been doing.

Climbed Mt Kosciuszko from Eagles Nest, went down to Seamans Hut and returned to Eagles Nest where I caught the chairlift back down to Thredbo and walked around the village.

Run from the Hills, 40+ Women's 10km trail run.
Struggled the first 5kms with my shin splints, walked up some of the hills. Made an error at the 2Km loop and ran it twice doing a extra 2Kms after reading the arrows wrong costing me a extra 17 mins but it would not of made any difference to my 11th place out of 16.
Julie won it and didn't even tell me for ages after I was back, when I asked if she got a podium position? Julie said "as a matter of fact I did - 1st place" I would have been bragging if it was me! I had a very enjoyable day!

Rode over to Helens, then onto lake Weeroona did a lap and rode back home. Average speed 15.32, Max speed 31.91.
