In 4-. Still not rowing well. Opening body and the catch a lot but slowly improving, still figuring out what I need to hold and what to relax. Rythmn round front end a bit weird.

4- still with 2*10*18on/10off. Was rowing so badly, super choppy conditions but just never relaxed into it. Shabby at catch and finish, can't believe how awful I've got over summer!!

Even worse than C2. Graph not good and 50% rather than 40% due to body opening too early, really tried to change it but never managed.
