Rowing 50:30 [3]
ahr:155 max:190

Bridge row with a 3k piece r24/26 on the way back. Boat had a much better rhythm than previously and really came together in the piece.

Ergo 1:00:00 [3]

2.05.1 and 2.05.5. Finally getting back to fitness. Still doing funky things at the catch but much reduced: need to lift hands to reduce chain slack and therefore ability to open back. Also not to overcompress to keep pelvis from rolling under at the front.
Never really got into a nice rhythm but were at weird angles to be able to see in the mirrors.

Weights 1:00:00 [3]

Morning off so this was all today :)

Tuesday Sep 25, 2018 #

Rowing 56:30 [3]
ahr:141 max:161

Bow of the 8. Were some good bits but could feel people just not moving together and ratio just went. Also took out a blade geared for a pair, didn't make it feel that light tbh.

Ergo warm up/down 7:30 [2]

Ergo 55:30 [4]

Weekly 2*6k. 1.58.8 and 1.58.4. Much better than previous weeks although know tech was still awful- no rock over at higher rates and moving shoulders off the front.

Spinning warm up/down 10:00 [2]

Should have done more but so late for work already. Legs dead later in the evening but morning off!! So might go for a walk to loosen off.
