Longer run from canberra's crap treatment facility, along the murrumbidge river, crossing Uriarra rd at the crossing and back via the other side. Got dropped a couple of times by Lazy Dave and Fatrat. Had a nice refreshing swim across the river to get back.

Ride down the bike paths through Tuggeranong. I then got stuck in the bloody loopy canberra road. I could see where I wanted to go but the streets said no. There was a massive head wind all the way along Tidbinbilla rd but Nice out off cotter. I went to ride up Stromlo but turned the corner into the wind and bailed.
