Legs feeling actually fairly okay considering how I felt post race yesterday.
Feeling incredibly inspired and amazed by the amazingly fast runners, also slightly sad I am not that quick and never will be again

Teenager with Altitude fell race + WU - 4th 3h47.
Felt horrible up the first climb (not warmed up for the steep one!!) but after the descent and up Outerside I started feeling okay. Strong on the ascents (quicker than the group I was around) but they would catch me again on the descents.
Pushed on through from Hindscarth as pulled away from that group up to that point and didn’t want to get caught on the descent. Felt fab and strong till the end !!
Drank 2L (not sad I took that much with me), 4 gels and a packet of veloforte sweeties - drank and ate on pretty much every climb.
