Running long 1:12:04 [4] 10.01 mi (7:12 / mi) +10m 7:11 / mi

Long, flat run along the railroad grade to the Bellevue trestle and back. I hit my goal of keeping each mile under 7:30, and my last three were my fastest three. Last time I ran this route it took me over 75 minutes.
