60 minute Score event - the Mount Kaukau map. Mostly in the open but also in the bush at the start and end.

Hard work. Lots of climb and lots of mud. No problem apart from losing 2.5 mins trying to find a way to get through the very this band of fight below #124. Just failed to get back in time thanks to the steepness and slipperiness of the chosen route back.

SI and hamstring both fairly sore while running.

Golf at RW with Alan, Rodney and Mark. 96 (38 points). Fairly average on the front nine but a good back nine (44).

Basically the medium Avro-Avian loop but went down the spur towards Pinehaven to see whether the small tracks down there still existed. They pretty much do but spent quite a bit of time investigating dead ends and fighting through stuff.

Hip seems to have recovered, but SI quite sore with a bit of hamstring pain as well.

Hip a lot better this morning and wasn't really an issue at all while cycling. But SI was back to hurting quite a bit.

Avian - dead end above Stokes Valley - Avro

Hip had been quite sore after the drive back yesterday and was sore again this morning. Went out anyway, and was able to run OK though a bit sore throughout. Quite bad afterwards though so may have to hold back for a bit.
