Melling - down Hutt River - Petone Beach - Korokoro Stream - Oakleigh St (longer route) - Harbourview

Route chosen due to the wind and rain, and it was pretty awful the whole way. All grass was saturated and very slippery. Legs got a bit numb with cold towards the end.

Hamstring sore right from the start and various other bits sore at various times, but never too much hindrance to running. Feeling a bit slow and heavy again.

Golf at RW 103 (33 points (14/19)). Actually playing OK, but forgotten how to putt. 5 shots in a bunker on the 10th didn't help!

Feeling pretty good but was not pushing as hard as I could have - too distracted thinking about optimisation of polygon soup intersections!

From TMP - CIT - water tanks - Chatsworth Rd - Gloucester ST - Heretaunga Park - Riverbank

Not really supposed to be running, but no pain from the hip and difficult to fit anything else in.

Felt fairly slow and heavy. Hamstring a bit sore but nothing unusual. Hip fine.

To the end of Katherine Mansfield Drive (where the road gets to the middle of the valley and turns left) and back.

Was going to run, but told not to for a few days by the physio.

Cycling's pretty easy when it's mostly flat.
