Last hard XC workout of the season.
Started with 4 sets of 360m loops with ~30s rest in between. Times were 1:21,1:21,1:19,1:17. Then we did 20s rest and then a 1200m tempo loop, 5:17. (There was a big hill in the middle of this and I kinda died )
Then we did the short loops again x3 with 40s rest. 1:19, 1:18, 1:18. Rest 40 then 950m tempo at 3:59.
Glad to have kept the pace pretty similar on the short loops, but breathing was bad on the last tempo.
