are you coming back? I would like to place an order from Sweden :)

and when did you start your control count, at this speed you'll probably visit more than 2000 controls in a year!

Hej Marie!

I should be back in two weeks, assuming I don't get deported earlier. What would you like me to bring you from Sweden?

Yes! I guess you either hate it or love it.. I think it's a perfect quick and healthy lunch or dinner, I usually pair it with shredded carrots, keso & lingonsylt.

I actually haven´t got anything serious against blodpudding. I had no problem eating it as so many others had when they served it in my school days (which apparently is a long time ago). It´s just that you don´t see it very often now-a-days.

Carrots, keso and lingonsylt would be the classical way to serve with it too - although keso may be a later invention that wasn´t availble in my early years.
