What's really annoying is thinking about all the time I put into PT, which may not have helped much ~80 hours over the last 5 weeks.

In reality I think it did help - there were several clear signs of forward progress. The extremely hard thing to do is to continue to make forward progress, without taking a leap backwards. Making extremely slow forward progress (as I would say the last 5 weeks counted as) is especially frustrating in that I seem to be able to erase almost all of that progress by doing something - still not sure what - that didn't hurt while I was doing it!

shaman's procedures, epsom salt solution on emty stomach. could provide details if interested. works fine, at least my inflared for 3+ years legs improved in 2 weeks after first time i did it.
