That just took me back to my school days when, upon hearing someone saying something untrue, we would all say "itchy beard!" or "ooh my beard's itchy".

Oh to reminisce...

Anyway, PaulC's growing a beard for the London. I note you're not going to be defending your Mixed Ad Hoc BOC Relay title this year, so for what great running race are you growing your beard for?

Ah, you got me - didn't go running at all, stayed in and had a kebab actually. Wasn't it 'itchy chin' anyway? Not growing beard for any particular race - just the usual reason of a kinda weekly protest at how expensive razors are nowadays. Hey you're 30 soon, give it another few years and maybe you'll be able to grow one!

Speaking of your 30th obviously you're having a big party and you'll need a DJ - you know I have all your favourites and you can even bring your white gloves.

I remember "Itchy chin" but we also used to say "Jimmy Riddle" or "chinny".
I didn't know the bloke but he must of hated it.
Don't worry Tim you'll hit puberty one day!!!:-)

I think you mean 'Jimmy Greaves' - the football guy with the huge chin (not beard, well, he may have had a beard at some point but that's not relevant here) and you're probs right he can't of liked it that much. Gotta go, I really need to have a riddle.
