Nope, no hole! and all the blood came out of my shirt and pants.

In 2007, I fell on a stick that penetrated up under the arm pit, into Daylesford Hospital, then Ambulance to Ballarat, as they couldn't tell if I had done any damage to the lung, surgery to find out and remove timber, etc, But the main thing, 'no hole' in my O top.

I was looking forward to it, first real race of the year and it sounded fun.
The doctor had to look around to see if there was any stick or clothing fragments in there, but i dont think there was any. He did remove some of the fat though, so he could pull it together to stitch it up.

Uhhgg. That's just way too visual! You got off lightly though, just one week off running and stain free o gear.

You've done the washing already?!

I thought i should wash them seperately as there was a lot of blood!
