Never settled into a rhythm and saw almost no one on the course despite one per minute. Need to calm mind down and immerse self in the course/map when early mistakes occur.
Around 9 errors of 15s to 30s. Say 3.30 in all.
Had afib since waking but seemed fine, just rather tired from so much training.
Pelvic ends of hip flexors & abductors sore on both sides afterwards. Probably due to increased mobility recently in SI joint &hip movement.
