Sprint/Urban Orienteering (Planning Gleadless) 5:00:00 [1] *** 14.76 km (20:20 / km) +500m 17:23 / km
47c shoes: New Balance 759

Ctrl setting, patrolling, map transporting, Ctrl collecting.
Most things went well, lots of people liked my courses even if i don't.
Things that didn't go so well,
-2 or 3 boxes had their time about 30s out of sync.
-pete didn't hang 208 far enough away from the fence so people punched through it, then when I moved it further away they knocked it over to dib it.
-I forgot to fill in the hedge between 203 and 204 as there was an unmapped gap.

Probably not going to Lincoln tomorrow as my back was hurting all day. I think my Garmin 405 has broken as it wont charge properly and keeps dying.

Running (BH) 1:27:53 [3] 16.15 km (5:27 / km) +100m 5:17 / km
shoes: New Balance 759

BH, Inc. WU
I was planning on taking the (pyramid)intervals steady but we set off and seemed to go on forever in one long loop so I had to run the whole way and couldn't cut it short. My back was hurting as it did at lagganlia all the way which made it almost unbearable.

Cycling (Tankersly) 1:02:00 [2] 12.0 km (11.6 kph) +100m
shoes: Pinnacle Peak Mountain Bike

Needed to get out for a bit of fresh air as my stomach didn't want to do S+C. I wasn't feeling up for running so went on a light cycle.
Tankersley route backwards. First time back in the woods after the relays. There wasnt much evidence of the event other than the dob marks on the bridge and an elephant crossing point across it. To be honest it looked more runnable than when the event was held, I was avoiding going in until the vegetation was down but I might as well start going there now.
