shoes: swoops

W/u ~ general jogging and then on the hill pushing harder to get the breathing going. Drills and stretched then went into the box.

W/d ~ jog with Charl.

Jircs relays, my ream won. At times was really in control and knew all I had to do was get it right but lost concentration right near the end again which was annoying.

W/u ~ general jogging and the speeding up, some sprints and then drills. Stretched and got focused.

Mortonhall area street orienteering. Took it fairly steady and focused on planning ahead, only one small mistake.
