Hiking 1:00:00 [1] 2.0 mi (30:00 / mi)
shoes: Salomon trail shoes

HIked at Mt. Wachusett w/ J. and J from Echo Lake to the High Meadow and down to Mountain Rd, not to the summit.

Road running long 2:15:00 [1] 14.8 mi (9:07 / mi)
shoes: BA10

Long run from the Echo Lake trail head home. Light drizzle. No mechanical problems, although I felt the occasional tired knee. Took 1 Gu after about 10 miles.

Road running 40:00 [1] 4.0 mi (10:00 / mi)
shoes: BA10

Run along the Assabet River Rail Trail from Hudson Center east toward Maynard. When I reached the end of the completed trail, I pushed on to where the trail exists only as a right-of-way, not even cleared. Across Rt 62, near the rod and gun club, the rails and ties still exist. Heavily vegetated, with some blowdown lying across the tracks.

trail running 38:00 [1] 4.04 mi (9:24 / mi)
shoes: BA9

2 loops of Gates Pond in Berlin. Fumbled the Garmin so it wasn't tracking the whole time. Many dogs, most off leash, but they were all well-behaved or under their owner's control.

Road running warm up/down 20:47 [1] 2.1 mi (9:54 / mi)
shoes: BA10

1.1M w/u with the group, then 1M c/d around the track.

Road running intervals 22:30 [3] 3.8 km (5:55 / km)
shoes: BA10

3x1000m with 400 recovery. Should have been at 10k pace, but I didn't want to push hard with my hamstring. So pace was somewhere between half and full marathon pace or slower.

Sleep, glorious sleep. And sufficient fluids. Wow. Life is getting back to normal, perhaps.
