End of an era. Last time Eric will be visiting us. He has been coming twice a week for personal training for both of us since 2015, with a break after he got married, when they spent a year and a bit in England. Family responsibilities are making it difficult for him to come. Amazing he has come all these years, since he lives in Glastonbury. So we'll miss him, but you'd think we would know how to do this ourselves now. Anyway, a fairly normal session for me, including some bands and pull downs, some push ups, side lunges, and 5 x 10 back squats.

Note

About 2 hours of garden clean-up, pulling some pretty robust weeds along the fence line. I had the good sense to have long sleeves, jeans and gloves, as there is a fair amount of stinging nettle in there. Got nailed some on the wrist, anyway, but tolerable. About 3/4 of the way in strained my back a bit on a particularly healthy specimen. Should be ok in a day or two.
