Power yoga at the ubc pool. Some easier stuff, and some pretty hard stretches/poses. Really felt myself work sometimes, and also relaxing... which I really really needed after last week/weekend and my midterm today.
Running 45:00 [3]
running 38 with the uhill cross country faster group, tagged along and stayed with the slowest person. Then had to jog back to class after staying till the beginning of their abc/strides.
