Down Peebles kinda direction, kept it ez and didn’t extend, feel like that would just direct the Ligma to my chest. New bars are nice, Duration of being flat on the hoods now limited by triceps again rather than comfort

Yeah not a huge fan of these performance sessions, always doing something wrong when I arrive or some problem with how I do shit. Just ends up with less intensity and me being pissed off. Anyway despite that, this was some more good werk.

Good sesh, given up on the modifications given by the strength coach and back to getting a good stimulus. Numbers all up on couple weeks ago. On another note;
Project jwoc is a go. 2 more months all in, and I will be racing. Time to put a bit of pressure on. I’m already the most aerobic ally fit I’ve ever been, couple that with being the strongest and having the best nav the pieces will come together. There it is; JK-British double incoming.

No brekky and minimal scran but carried thru by tenants. Felt mid for first hour but got into it nicely. I know I’ve been going on about wind but this was tuff. 10ks on false flat up and 65 down. Good fun and probably a decent shoulder workout just staying on the road
