shoes: Integrators 1.5

Pretty mid, few control circle wobbles and a failed adventure into the worst brambles I’ve ever seen. Other than that, shit the bed on near every routechoice and the legs fell off at 7. Easily the toughest race I’ve done. Slightly annoyed as the nav was fairly clean just completely misjudged the routes obviously. Not too disappointed with it too be honest but obviously lots of room for improvement so something to aim for I guess. It is what it is and onto tomorrow

Positive first - legs feeling pretty Gucci. Negative - couldn’t breath, throat just really tight so had to stop a couple times. Hopefully nothing 48hours and an inhaler won’t fix tho. Only 4 short strides as don’t want to make things worse

much much better. throat still a little sore and leggies not feeling too prime but still a few days left to sharpen back up. strides tomoz to get things moving but body seems to cope with complete rest as prep fairly well so not too worried. Sidenote - race conditions are looking suitably tough for prime emus performances :)

Food poisoning (?) ffs. Alternating between naps and Wimbledon - feeling completely drained so this better clear up by tomorrow. Managed about 15mins or geeking before a large headache so can’t even be constructive. Wouldn’t be an important race this year if there wasn’t a last minute catastrophe so we move I guess.
