Eh Oopsie I guess. Seem to have pulled my calf and tweaked most other leg muscles thanks to a slow speed bike incident. Unfortunately on the right leg, knee seems ok - fairly sore but hopefully nothing more than that. Ah well should be a familiar face at the physio in no time. Buildup was clearly going far too smoothly

Good sesh, starting to figure out barbell splitties but still not working hard on them so most of the work was a couple sets dumbbell tings after. 27.5 leg extension, 60leh press, 53 squat, 40 split

Heavier on leg extension, finally no real pain from this. had to drop leg press weight as a result

Slap, gym, double slap, work, balerno. Long may the strikes continue. Spent most of my free time eating. Knee been reasonably sore of late, think its just the increased gym load needing time to settle - was similar last few times i increased difficulty
