Nice run up n around some tiny hills - good break from revision. Feeling slow on the uphills so some more strength is definitely needed..

Had a revision day at school today so decided that I could cycle in for once. Quite nice to do but unprepared for the really bad weather for the cycle home so I didn't bother.

Wanted to try out something different so went quite chilled down my normal running lane. Nice with the weather and all but found bike is good for spinning but not so much cycling. Still nice to get out after a sapping week :)

Wet, boggy, tussocky, up to my legs in grass, rain + slow.
Wanted to see if a public footpath near me was any good - not going down it again. Decent section on road for the last bit and nice to get out before exams :)
