Think I started out a little too fast and was struggling to maintain my pace at 4km but overall pretty ok. Still got a pb though! Slowly chipping away at my goal time

Cyclones sprint at St Peters
Took it pretty easy as I wasn't feeling good.
Got really confused on #5, turns out the path I was on wasn't on the map. otherwise nav was mostly ok. Happy with flow mostly as well.

Night Nav in Paddington.
Only did the medium and took it really easy, just loosening up the legs.
Got confused in the steep section at the end, not entirely sure that what was on the map was actually there, but it was hard to see so
Stomach was feeling really sick and yuck and running did not make it feel any better at all.
