Qld Middle Distance Champs at Quinzeh Rocks.
Decent run, only a few minor errors. A bit off on my bearing to #3 but corrected myself quickly. Too high on #10 which cost me quite a while because I was literally just above it but couldn't see it but I knew that I was in the right spot. Ended up going all the way down the hill and starting again and I could see it from just higher than the bottom. extra climb ugh.
The last control was confusing as the tracks had changed from when it was mapped I think and depending on which direction you came from it was in the right spot, but found it eventually.
Pretty happy with it overall, I had really good flow and everything was working well yay!

Course was meant to be 4km but was about 400m short.
Happy with how I paced myself, though I defs need to be faster on the hills.

Stopped early because there was a possum and its baby on its back going across the fence which seemed to be a little bit terrified by me so I left them alone.

Had to go to an appointment and they were running almost an hour late, so my afternoon disappeared there
Also hurt my knee yesterday so going to take it easy for the next few days and see how it goes before friday.
Wrist is also really sore, so I can't really do much anyway
