Snow Hills again though more of the map
Took the long track route to #1, though came to it earlier than I would've liked and then changed my route to go in to it from the water which was probably a good idea. It would've been an ok option if I had been running faster. Got a bit caught in the vague stuff on the way to #2 and was drifting too far right but caught myself. #3 and #4 were mostly good but I was a bit hesitant, and got confused on #4 because I was running parallel to the track but couldn't see it. I had a really good plan for #5, staying up along the tops of the hills which was really solid. My execution for this was a little bit atrocious though. I started out well but the I started drifting off and soon lost contact and had no idea where i was on the map so I just followed my instinct and went north for a bit and then west and soon there were more people around so I figured I must be getting closer and eventually I dropped off the top of the hill and after running past some gullies trying to find a more distinct one I backtracked and stumbled across #6 and then worked back to #5. I think the better options could've been either follow my original plan properly, just go nw untill you hit the track and then into the control, stay on the bottom of the hills and go around or just go really wide on the track.
Decent run overall, I think my legs are done with running for a bit though.

Snow Hills. A really nice area and really good terrain
Pretty good run, second half was a lot better than the first.
A bit hesitant going to #1 but it was ok, rolled my ankle coming down the spur into the control and took a minute or so to check it was ok. Didn't plan enough going to #2 and ended up in the open area but not sure where and check another clearing too far to the right then relocated off the track and came into it. A bit too low but ok. #3 and #4 were mainly ok but a bit hesitant. Going to #5 I wasn't checking my compass enough and ended up way over to the left on the rocky ground. Fine after that. Stopped too short on #6. Didn't plan enough going to #7 but passed through #3 which was fine.
Overall pretty happy.

Control Flow at Mt Ainslie
All really good - clean and fast - except for #20 where I got put off by the tons of kangas and wasn't looking up enough at the right direction. Relocated from the track just beyond and got it. Really happy with this one.

Went well, a bit slow and cautious to a few but good overall.

Along, down and up exercise at Isaacs Ridge
Mostly pretty good though my legs were quite tired.
Too low then high on #1, then stoped short on #12 as Lance was sitting on a rock that was mostly hidden be the control circle which confused me. Otherwise all good.

Long leg at Mt Ainslie
Pretty good, though maybe I should've taken the shorter route with more climb or should've run harder but I didn't want to wreck myself on the first day of the camp. Happy with the middle few controls - good routes and execution though my flow wasn't the greatest. Was too high on the last control. So steep up to the top!

Downhill diagonals at Mt Ainslie
Pretty good, mainly took the safe track option because it was there though I probably should've tested myself and not taken them.
A bit hesitant on #5 because there was a person watching us which put me off a bit.

Contouring at Mt Taylor
Slow, but I think I did ok. It was hard to tell how much you were dropping/climbing in the green and it was so steep!
I was too high on #1 trying to get through the green, but mostly good on the others. Spent a while at #3 making sure we were in the right place because we couldn't find the flag which wasn't there.

Day 3 at Foxlow Flats
A much better run than yesterday, happy with it.
Was cautious to #1 as I did not want to stuff up like yesterday and wanted to set myself up well for the rest of the course. #2 was very vague and I got a bit confused but was heading in the right direction, just slowly. A little bit hesitant to #4 and took it slower than I could've. Slow and clean is better than getting lost because I was going too fast though. Almost stopped short on #6 - should've been counting paces. Got dragged down going to #7, then came into it too low but generally ok. Happy with my route to #8 and how I executed it, though I should've run harder.
Overall happy with the run.
