I ran Gizmo and Persik up Barmeyer from the back side and then back down. This luckily tired out the dogs sufficiently that they didn't bug my parents much afterwards. However, when we were gone at a jazz concert in the evening, Gizmo got into the compost bucket and scattered the contents all over our deck. Sigh.
