Lossie Forest SOL. Ugh. Such a nice area and started off at a good pace nailing the controls until #5 in the low vis semi open stuff. Went past it and came back in from the path behind so lost a couple of mins and then didn't learn my lesson and did the exact same with #11 back in the low vis bit. Was just a slog all the way to the finish from here as I fully died a death. Realised I didn't drink anything all morning so that probably didn't help, oops.
