Sunday CENA, here we go again.... Only 8 of us so full game at C which was a shock to the system but fitness held up okay.

FRAs, nav leg 2 with Rachel! This was definitely type 2 fun as I was being nicely dragged up the hills by Rachel so had to work quite hard. Dropped her on the final descent though so got to keep that quite chill and then just all out trying to keep up on the final flat section... So happy with our result in the end, 16th on our leg about 17mins down on the fastest time and 12th for the team being 1st B team!! Will for sure be back.

Blackford techy training. Route choice course with Kora where we picked a left and a right route, decided which we thought was quickest and then Kora took the fastest route and I took the longer one to try even it out lol. Worked pretty well generally and all good fun. Collecting some controls after too with Alex and Rodrigo.
