Took map and ran round Stoke Gifford - quite fun to start but got dark and small light not really god enough lots of stops to pick route/ map read.

Usual Blaise run but with only small light and moon out. Ran most without light- enjoyed this a bit like stepping back in time. Very slow on down hills in the wood but very surprised by slow time a comfortable personal worst!

Ran from W-O-T car park, Coombe Dingle Henleaze loop. Did not want to do efforts as hamstring not fixed. I had forgotten how dull it is plodding round the roads, Regularly slowing to cross roads, entrances etc. Not good for knees either

CW but N from Tormarton. Nice change 41 to the turn and slightly faster back with the additional hill. How odd -must have started slowly. A nice sunny winters day -great. Doddington Park is glorious
