There is a fair bit of 3:30 min/km pace in there, so what exactly is Sprint O pace - 3 min ks?

That (3:30) was downhill... or a dodgy GPS, but grilla ran a similar distance.
Next week will be slower (thick bush, monolithic buildings...). Its currently 1.9, but maybe I can take some out.
